Shipping & Delivery

LaVestimente operates under a global fulfillment model. We partner with specialized ateliers in East Asia to ship directly to you, cutting out the middleman to ensure the best aesthetic-to-price ratio.

1. Order Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed to the carrier.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7 – 15 Business Days

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 8 – 18 Business Days

  • Australia / Canada: 10 – 20 Business Days

  • Rest of World: 15 – 30 Business Days

Disclaimer: These are estimates. While 95% of orders arrive within this window, external factors (customs clearance, weather, local postal strikes) may cause delays. LaVestimente is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • USA: Most orders under $800 are exempt from import duties.

  • International: LaVestimente is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs fees, no refund will be issued.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

LaVestimente is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported lost or stolen by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If you made an error in your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order; otherwise, we cannot redirect the package.
