LaVestimente operates under a global fulfillment model. We partner with specialized ateliers in East Asia to ship directly to you, cutting out the middleman to ensure the best aesthetic-to-price ratio.

1. Order Processing Time

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our warehouse to receive, quality-check, and hand your items to the international carrier.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once dispatched, our average delivery windows are:

  • United Kingdom: 8 – 12 Business Days

  • United States: 10 – 14 Business Days

  • Europe: 10 – 18 Business Days

  • Australia: 15 – 20 Business Days

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • USA: Most orders under $800 are exempt from import duties.

  • International: The customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes regulated by their country. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, no refund will be issued.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

LaVestimente is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported lost or stolen by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
