At LaVestimente, we curate specific aesthetics with a focus on visual integrity. To maintain our fair pricing model and global logistics standards, we apply a strict but fair return policy. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to request a return. Requests made after this 14-day window will be automatically rejected by our system.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene liners (if applicable) attached.

  • Proof: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Intimate apparel (underwear/socks) for hygiene reasons.

3. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Please Note: As a direct-to-consumer brand, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

4. Sizing Issues vs. Defects

We provide detailed measurement charts on every product page.

  • Wrong Size Ordered: Since we provide specific measurements, we do not offer free returns for items that do not fit but match the measurements provided on our site. The customer must pay for the return shipping in these cases.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you received a damaged item or a manufacturing error, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. In this specific case, we will cover the replacement costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the package. To start a return, you must contact us first:
