Return & Refund Policy
At LaVestimente, we focus on visual integrity and mindful consumption. To maintain our "Direct-from-Atelier" pricing and reduce the environmental impact of international shipping, we have optimized our return process into two distinct categories.
1. Quality Guarantee (Our Fault)
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered (e.g. wrong size or colour dispatched by our warehouse):
- No return needed. We value your time. If we made the mistake, you don't need to send the item back.
- Resolution. Email assistance@lavestimente.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will issue a full refund or a free replacement straight away.
2. Sizing Commitment (Sizing Errors)
Every product page includes detailed measurements to help you choose the right size in our Modern Continental Fit. If the garment matches the measurements on our site but doesn't fit due to a sizing choice on your part:
- Considered exchange. Rather than asking you to ship the item back internationally — which is costly and environmentally taxing — we offer a one-time 50% discount.
- The offer. We provide a single-use code for 50% off the same item in your correct size.
- Outcome. You keep the original piece (to gift or pass on) and receive the right fit at our internal cost.
3. Subjective Returns
To keep our pricing fair and sustainable, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal taste.
- Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout.
- Failed delivery attempts due to the customer being unavailable.
4. 14-Day Window
All eligible enquiries must be raised within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
5. How to Raise a Claim
For any quality or sizing assistance:

- Our team will review your request and reply with the appropriate resolution within 48 hours.
