If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect size or color sent by our warehouse):

  • No Return Needed: We value your time. If we made a mistake, you do not need to ship the item back.

  • Resolution: Contact assistance@lavestimente.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will issue a full refund or a free replacement immediately.

2. The Heritage Fit Protection (Sizing Errors)

We provide meticulous measurement charts on every product page to ensure a perfect fit. If the garment matches our site's measurements but does not fit due to a customer's selection error:

  • Eco-Friendly Exchange: Instead of requiring an international return (which is costly and environmentally taxing), we offer our 50% Heritage Discount.

  • The Offer: We will provide you with a one-time code for 50% OFF to order the same item in the correct size.

  • Outcome: You keep the original item (to gift or donate) and receive the correct fit at our internal production cost.

3. Subjective Returns

To maintain our fair pricing model, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or "dislike" of the style.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

4. Return Window

For all eligible inquiries, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will be automatically rejected.
