At LaVestimente, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to offering watches crafted with precision and elegance. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, our returns and refunds policy ensures a transparent and fair process.
We offer an extended period of 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return for your watch.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, exactly as it was received. The criteria include:
The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
All protective films, tags, and security seals must be intact and must not have been removed or tampered with.
The item must be returned in its original box, accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and certificates.
Any promotional items, gifts, or bonuses received with your purchase must also be returned in their original condition.
Any sign of wear, scratches, or modification (such as adjusting the bracelet) will make the item ineligible for a 'change of mind' return.
Pre-Authorisation is Essential: To begin the process, please contact our support team at contact@lavestimente.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Shipping Instructions: Upon approval of your request, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items sent to us without prior written authorisation will not be processed.
Post-Approval Shipping Deadline: Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 calendar days. Failure to meet this deadline may void the return authorisation.
The arrangements and costs associated with the return shipment are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
As a gesture of goodwill, upon the successful processing of your return, we will issue a store credit equivalent to your return shipping cost, valid for your next purchase with us.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your watch is faulty, damaged, or if it is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these instances, LaVestimente will cover all return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. This refund will include the original standard delivery charge.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item with a different model or colour, please return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
This policy is in full compliance with the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
