Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order .
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items not eligible for return include personalized products, clearance items, or any product explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contacto@lavestimente.com with your order details. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping CostsReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
Return Process- Once your return request is approved, please send the item to the address provided in our response.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.
- After receiving and inspecting the product at our office, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-10 business days after product inspection for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If your product is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@lavestimente.com . We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Important Notes- Products sent without prior return authorization may not be accepted.
- Refunds will not be processed until the returned product is received and inspected at our office.
