To avoid ambiguity, ‘unused’ is defined as items showing no signs of wear, damage, or alterations from their original state.

Exceptions: Personalised products, clearance items, or any product clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
3. How to Request a Return

In your email, please include your order number and a detailed reason for your return request.

Important: Prior return authorisation is mandatory. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns: Return requests made within 14 days of receiving your order will qualify for free return shipping, covered by LaVestimente.

Return requests made after this initial 14-day period (up to 28 days) will require the customer to cover return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent. In such instances, LaVestimente will cover all shipping expenses and provide a replacement or full refund.
5. Return Processing and Inspection

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and the return address via email.

Please securely package your product to prevent damage during transit.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it in accordance with documented internal criteria (available upon request) to confirm its condition.
